💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹799.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹799.

🍬 Order Accuracy & Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming your order.
  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to another address.

💌 Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@jeevah.in with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll quickly review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
