- A standard shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹799.

- Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming your order.
- If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to another address.
💌 Damaged or Missing Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@jeevah.in with photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll quickly review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
