Returns & Refund

At JEEVAH, your trust means everything to us.
We take great care to ensure every laddoo you receive is fresh, safe, and full of goodness.
Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered — but we’re always here to make it right if something goes wrong.


🔁 Replacements or Refunds

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, melted, or incorrect product.
  • Your order was incomplete or missing items.
  • You received a product that was past its expiry date.

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hey@jeevahfoods.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the product and packaging
  3. A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

💸 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


❌ Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
Here’s how it works:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped or processed yet.
  • To cancel, please email us at hey@jeevahfoods.com or whatsapp 8088742455 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order qualifies, we’ll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as our laddoos are freshly made and perishable.


💳 Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If you’re charged twice or face a payment failure, reach out to us with your transaction ID or payment screenshot.
After verification, we’ll process a refund or adjustment within 5–7 business days.
